...super Volenteeeer..

Okay. Well so at first i was going to post something about ciara again, then i thought ehh noo.. soo then i thought hmm..clothes (ehhh) wrong again..& then the little light bulb that is in my head immediately lit itself and the thought of " MY JOB AT THE LIBRARY ' came to my mind! & wow i thought to myself "am i genius or what' then reality kicked in and told me to quit dreamin. ;)

hehe ! soo todays main post is going to be about my Wonderful Volenteering Job! :) so basically it all started out when Me & a friend were sick of sitting at home all summer doing nothing and we thought 'hey why not go out and get some Job experience' soo we headed out for the El cajon library :) and after some talking to and meeting people in charge were 'Hired' as "action teeens" dun dun dun!! :D well basically the job consists of; shelving books, helping out when needed, setting up for programs, and helping during arts and crafts. I was scheduled to 'work' tuesdays and thursdays. so you know, if you know me, you know I LOVE BEING WITH PEOPLE! no matter what kind of people i get a DARN kick out of it :D soo i loved going and seeing all kinds of different people..cuz if youve never been to El Cajon then i should tell you..It is THE GREAT MELTING POT of America..I really honestly Believe it is! NO JOKE..we have the usual, white, black, mexican..Puerto rican, asian..BUT BUT BUT we got bonuses... we have TONS of Jordanians, Iraqi's,Lebanese,Persians,Egyptians, (btw if ur not map smart all those that i listed are all Middle Easterns :D ehem! AMEN FOR THEM!...hmm moving on..then european wise we have..russians,germans, bulgarians, dutch, and brittish! I LOVE IT!!! like you dont even know!! :D El CAJon is PACKED WITH CULTURE!!! :D i have JUST recently learned to love it..sadly ive been here so loong.. :( But anyways.. back to my job hehe! Sooo i was doing the usual shelving, and arts and crafts and moving things around..yatta yatta yatta.... & to make matters worse my friend stopped coming so i was alone w. other teens volenteering...But how many know THAT DIDNT STOP ME?! Ohh noo sireee BOB! I made friends and had an even funner time...& just recently i was asked to go in the back room and do 'SECRET STAFF STUFF' ooooo it sounded soo important..normally teeens dont get to do things like that... (its like CIA..but library status! ;) soo yeaa if any of yu have gone to the library lately youd know that when you check books out, you dont have to scan them anymore this weird Micro chip thing picks up all the book info and puts it into the system! (CREEEPY) i never understood how it all worked and all..UNTIL LAST THURSDAY THAT IS.. mwahaha.... I.. as in ME..Victoria Elaina Brooks.... TORI....got the job of putting the little 'micro chip stickers on the BOOOKS!!!' and logging them into the computer! LIKE WOW I AM REALLY important! wheew!! and since then there trust level with me has gone UP SKY high! i have lots of customer service experience and miko 'my boss' said i also have 'secret back room' experience oooooh!& this friday is 'fine free friday' meaning if you have a 'fine' on your card they will wave it :O wow! so i have to work the back rooom! meee all by myself! WOW! Little Ol me is Movin up in the world...

&.. Im not even getting paid for it ;) call it heroic,call it profoundness..

ps. YES i run into weirdos ALWAYS...Lol remember IT IS the library..
